morgens

☆ Akten für die Messungen des Tages zusammenstellen und Daten (Punkte+Grafik) von GEO8 an GEOmobile übertragen
☆ Bei der Abfahrt den QR-Code der 1. Messung auf dem Aktenbegleitblatt scannen. Die Auftragsdaten werden aus dem QR-Code oder über GEORGonline
geladen und die GNSS-Position (Bürohof) sowie die Startzeit des Auftrags werden gespeichert.
☆ Am 1. Einsatzort werden Fotos und das Material (Bolzen, Pflöcke etc.) zum Auftrag erfasst.
☆ Bei der Abfahrt zum jeweils nächsten Einsatzort wird der QR-Code des folgenden Auftrags gescannt. Die Endzeit des alten Auftrags sowie die Startzeit des
neuen Auftrags werden damit erfasst.
☆ Material-, KM- oder Zeitkorrekturen sind bei Falscheingaben jederzeit möglich.

Abends

☆ Bei Heimkehr wird der letzte Auftrag abgeschlossen (Position Bürohof) und damit die GNSS-Position erfasst.
☆ die Fahrstrecken (KM) werden automatisch via GOOGLE Maps aus den Koordinaten der Start- und Zielpositionen gerechnet (optimale Fahrstrecken zwischen A und B wird
von GOOGLE ermittelt).
☆ Alle Daten (Fotos, Arbeitszeiten des Trupps, Material, Fahrstrecken) des Tages werden via WLAN (Büro) an GEORG übertragen. Hierzu ist keine besondere Aktion erforderlich.
Die GOOGLE-Fahrstrecken können auf Wunsch neu verteilt werden.

in the morning

☆ When leaving, scan the QR code of the 1st measurement on the accompanying sheet . The order data is loaded from the QR code or via GEORGonline
and the GNSS position (office courtyard) and the start time of the order < / b> are saved.
☆ At the 1st place of work, photos and the material (bolts, pegs, etc.) for the order are recorded.
☆ The QR code of the following order is scanned when leaving for the next job site. The end time of the old order and the start time of the new order are recorded.
☆ Material, KM or time corrections are possible at any time in the event of incorrect entries.

In the evening

☆ When you return home, the last job (position office courtyard) is completed and the GNSS position is recorded.
☆ the routes (KM) are automatically calculated via GOOGLE Maps from the coordinates of the start and destination positions (optimal routes between A and B are
determined by GOOGLE).
☆ All data (photos, working hours of the team, material, routes) of the day are transmitted to GEORG via WLAN (office). No special action is required for this. The GOOGLE
routes can be redistributed if desired.
