過去に滅んだ文明の遺産が残る世界「インシディア」。
現代には残っていない超高度な古代魔法が込められた遺産は、人々の生活を豊かにしたり、使用者に大きな力を与えたりする。
しかし、古代遺跡には多くの罠や、強力な魔力に引き寄せられた魔物が多く存在しており、腕利きのハンターでないと探索をすることができない。
トレジャーハンターは、自らの腕試しや大いなる力、一攫千金などを求め、各地に残る遺跡を巡っている。
ハンターたちの最終目標は願いを叶えることのできる秘宝『ガリウスの揺籠（ゆりかご）』を手に入れることである。
誕生日を迎え、晴れて成人となったカイ。
かねてより計画していたトレジャーハンターとなるため、仲間たちと旅を開始する。

・カイ（剣士）
熱血タイプ。
真っ直ぐな性格で、リーダー気質。
幼少の頃、魔物に襲われていたところをトレジャーハンターに助けられ、以後トレジャーハンターに強い憧れを抱いている。
一流のトレジャーハンターになることが夢。
・ジーク（ガンマン）
冷静で無口。
プライドが高い。
真面目なので、女に対しての免疫が皆無。
カイに対してライバル心を持っている。
昔、トレジャーハンターだった祖父が誰も見つけたことのない島を発見した。
しかし、その島の存在は確認されず、祖父は嘘つき呼ばわれ、他界する。
祖父の話は本物だったことを証明すべく、自身もトレジャーハンターとなった。
・リリカ（魔法使い）
魔法大国エイミスで有名な魔法学校を最年少で卒業した超エリート少女。
チームの中では一番年下。
頭が良く、いろんな本の内容を覚えている。
知的好奇心が強い。
おどおどした内気キャラで、話すのはあまり得意じゃない。
強力な魔法を習得しているが、本番では焦ってしまい、思うように実力を発揮できない。
可愛いものや甘いものが好きだったりと、子供っぽいところが多く見られる。
兄に似ているジークの後ろにいつもくっついている。
リリカの兄はガリウス教の熱心な信者で、国の発展のためにトレジャーハンターとなって、アーティファクトを探す旅へと出かけた。
しかし、そのまま帰ってこなくなった兄。
リリカは元々学者志望だったが、兄を探すためにトレジャーハンターとなるため、『セントウィング』へとやってきた。
・アーニャ（猫女）
天真爛漫で本能のままに生きる亜人。
スキンシップが多い。
よくカイにベタベタと触ったり、誘惑したりする。
セントウィング付近で行き倒れているところをカイに助けられ、以後彼になついてそのまま旅へと同行することになった。
記憶を失っており、記憶を取り戻したいと思っている。
記憶はないが戦闘の動きは身体が覚えているため、アサシンとしての動きは超一流。
時折、冷酷な態度を見せ、周りの人間に止められることがある
