Push-up from the floor is one of the most common exercises in the martial arts. There are two ways of push-ups.
The first one is static exercises. Position yourself in a plank position (support your body with your toes and place your hands underneath your shoulders with elbows extended)
to perform push-ups with a tempo twenty times per minute.
The second way is dynamic. Position yourself parallel to the floor with a deflection in the spine (the pelvis is lowered to the floor) to perform push-ups at a rate of 60 to 80
times per minute.
The suggested technique allows you to increase the number of push-ups in 10 times.
For example, you can perform 10 push-ups. For a month you can increase the number of push-ups to a hundred. Adding a single push-up per day will allow you to increase the number
of push-ups to forty (10 + 30), but we offer slightly different techniques to increase the number of your push-ups.
